How long were Mally's clients in makeup????

I'm sorry, but Mally's over the top exaggerations are getting ridiculous! First, she has repeated ad nauseum the mascara story-where she puts on a coat of mascara, then comes back and puts on another coat an hour later, etc. Now she is telling us that she spent an hour creating pouty lips. Do her clients ever actually get out of her chair? Do they just order breakfast, lunch and dinner while she is making them up?
