My morning routine is simple.

brush teeth

pee 

shower

dry hair

moisturize face

a touch of makeup

20 minutes tops.

I have no idea how long it actually takes me as I've never paid attention.  I cleanse, toner, apply serums, moisturizer.  If I feel the need to let things dry down, I'll brush my teeth, get dressed on the bottom half, pick out my top, etc. and then finish.

In the morning it takes 5 minutes.  I rinse my face with water and apply my serums and moisturizer.  I'm not applying makeup because I don't work.  In the evenings, I'm doing a more detailed cleanse and applying more products.  Probably 10 minutes if I'm hurrying (which I rarely am) so 20ish+ minutes taking my time.

Oh, no, I do not let each product dry before adding the next one.  I don't know what or who to believe about that.  Seems the advice is 50-50.

I use my hairdryer if I need to dry down fast.  It's in the drawer next to me.

I don't have anything against spending money, but if your hairdryer is within arm's reach, why not use that instead?

I use my fan to give me a light breeze while I'm sitting in my recliner. It's perfect for that and also for that occasional hot flash, too. Small, cordless and has a low-speed setting.

Two hours for me if I'm doing all @JeanLouiseFinch is talking about.  I try to wash my hair the day before if I know I'm going out.  It looks better after sleeping on it for 3 days.
