Back to the Green Tea issue...

 

First I used green tea bags with great success and then I switched to the Green Tea Extract pictured in this thread. I found the extract tacky, no matter how little I used and the huge improvement on my chest area slowed.

 

Last night I switched back to chilled green tea bags, using them as a toner on my face and as a poltice on my chest. The improvement in skintone and wound healing this morning is remarkably better!

 

So good-bye green tea extract...

Very interesting.  Thank you.  I wonder if kombucha tea is as good.  I guess it's what your end results want to be.  I use a kombucha tea 2x a day on my face and chest and backs of hands.
