How is Ulta on returns?

I received a 20 percent off everything coupon from Ulta in the mail, and I'd like to use it to try a Japonesque eyelash curler. Just wondering -- if the product doesn't work well for me, is Ulta pretty good about taking returns? I've read some horror stories here about their customer service.
