I've been using the 613 for several weeks now and love it. I want to incorporate the Bamboo Green Tea CC but when? Should I alternate them - I wash my hair every other day? Use one one week and another the next? Not sure - and kind of afraid to not use 613 - it has transformed my hair.

Why not use BGT as first cleanse, then 613 as second cleanse?

I always use a different CC for 1st and 2nd cleanse, whatever I'm using.

You can alternate them, mix them, use one as a first cleanse and the other as a second cleanse, all of the above.

For me I get better results when I use 3-4 pumps of 613 with whatever CC I'm using for my second cleanse. Sometimes I need to take a break with the 613 for a couple of cleanses but I always mix it.

Beaches, I mix TT and 613 and get great results! I did that and followed with BGT as my second cleanse until I ran out.

How do you know when you need a break from 613?

Another thing you can do is use 613 or BGT for some overnights and then enjoy the next few times you cleanse in the morning. Stay tuned into your hair because as the condition improves, the need will change, for instance you may need to back off the 613 a little. At first I needed it a lot, now not so much. Part of that is due to using a lot seasonals, which also have aminos.

There's no right or wrong way to mix or alternate. Play around and see what you like the best. Some people like using a single CC for a first cleanse and another single CC for the second, while others like to be mixologists in their shower. Aside from making sure that CA and TT are in my first cleanse mixture, anything else can happen after that. I keep a good assortment of CC's in my shower so the second cleanse is oftentimes a mix of a seasonal, some BGT, a little 613, and maybe a shot or two of something else, like a little SAM to lighten it up.

I usually use Tea Tree for my first cleanse and whatever I'm in the mood for the second , sometimes I mix two different ones together for the second , but not that often. My hair isn't dry or oily so I get the same results no mater what I use, I do have very short hair so that might have something to do with the results.
