I have the kind you apply out of a jar or tube. I've never bought the ones you unfold & apply. As far as frequency, maybe 1X/week or 1X/every other week.

It's a fun activity.

I use the Philosophy pore extractor facial mask twice a week. Makes my skin feel like silk. Love it.

My routine for many years has been a daily scrub mixed with cleanser to help remove makeup, a mask once a week, a microdermabrasion once a week and a peel once a week.

I probably use a Korean sheet mask about once a week at most. I've tried various sheet masks from various korean, taiwan, and japanese brands and the masks I like the best are by Innisfree which is a korean brand. I buy most of them in store from Walmart Canada.
