How long can it possible take to process an order? I guess I should thank the Q for the lengthy processing because several times, after two days or more, I just cancelled the order. Saved me some money at least. Anyone else have the same issue? I have ordered things from other online sites and they seemed to be processed within the hour and at much lower shipping and handling if not free. I am relatively new to shopping with QVC, has it always been this way, or something recent? I selected "Beauty Banter" as the category only because a better option was not available.

QVC is a hot mess when it comes to shipping - I've had it where they say an order is still in process when it is literally in my hands!

Usually processing time takes about 2-3 days, longer if you place an order on a Friday, but items usually get delivered on time, at least for me.

What really grinds my gears is the "authorization hold" they place on your bank account during the processing time - even if you cancel the order, the hold is still there for like an additional 3 days!

FRUSTRATION {#emotions_dlg.angry}

Yes, the processing time is horrible. They shouldn't even send a Shipped email til it actually goes somewhere. But like the poster above said, with few exceptions it arrives by EDD.

Hah Kjelle I was ryleighbell94 (I'm on the Wen forum all the time) but I changed my nickname - maybe I should announce myself so people don't think I came out of the blue {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Sorry, but I'm now getting my orders processed in record time. Better than "back in the day", and I don't understand why, but I'm certainly not complaining !!! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
