Re: How Are Your Shadow Sticks Holding Up

Ladies, I am so happy I read this thread. We are all so different , our experiences diverse--- you find the colors too dark. For me they're neon metallics too glaring to use except for highlighting under brow. I wrote her to ask for darker, matte sticks. The only one I can use as shadow is the matte brown and I do the fade smokey eye technique . -- can you imagine how hard it is for her to deal with the lot of us and the manufacturer she's chosen ? The quality shouldn't change unless they are shorchanging her to increase their profit. You're right, the containers have gotten thinner, they don't put the sets in the pretty boxes she designed, sometimes just throwing them in an envelope mailer. This and the transit time, sometimes almost two weeks makes it more than probable that they will melt or freeze , get damaged by stacks of other packages thrown on top etc. what do you think of gently informing her of the callous handling of her products fron container quality to extended exposure to adverse environs, that reflect on her. After all, we're all blaming her aren't we.? ------ the foundations , the sponge one and the mousse, have disappeared. My daughter' having conniption fits like I'm supposed to be able to produce the only foundation she's liked in years, out of the air! Me, I'll just use clear Poreless to keep the shine away and hope Mally works out her problems soon.o the foundations aren't even available on her site, (at least as of yesterday.)

Re: How Are Your Shadow Sticks Holding Up

Mine are holding up fine, even after some rugged travel, but...they are too glittery for me. When your 7 yr old "adopted" grandkid says something about your eyeshadow, you got an issue. I've sadly stopped wearing them, though I surely love how they apply.
