Mom doesn't want to go out of the house and she really does need a perm.

I was planning on going to Sally's to get a "professional" one but I've never did one before...any tips?

The hair is not color treated, mom just puts a wash out rinse in her hair so I don't have to worry about chemical treated hair. I worry about over or under processing.
