Home Laser/skin resurfacing?

Has anyone tried any of these LED therapy or home laser devices? I have a lot of sun damage and fine lines, so does my husband. Laser skin resurfacing will cost upwards of $3-$4000 for the two of us, and I don't know that we need the level of resurfacing that the dermatologist offers. Was debating the Baby Quasar MD but wanted to know if anyone on here has tried any of these devices. I know that results aren't overnight, but does any home device actually give results?

I really appreciate opinions from those who have tried a home device.
