I’m thinking this might be a good time to think about how—or if—we want to continue the Compact.

In line with what @just bee brought up a while ago, I was thinking about making one ongoing generic thread instead of changing it monthly.  Put it in another forum since we talk about more than just beauty. 

I obviously can’t speak for anyone else, but I’d like to continue “talking” to you all, such as it is.

Just my thoughts.  Yours?

True, I had mentioned a move from the Beauty forum.  I also think the "declutter" thread on the Home forum is a fine place to discuss those simplifying, paring down, streamlining efforts.

I think we're ComPacting in different ways after all these years and making changes that include more than just avoiding sales on beauty products.

When I think of all of you (and, as @geezerette  said, there are others), I think of you as friends.  So I feel a thread on the Among Friends forum would make sense.

There's already a Bird's Nest and a Back Fence, but I notice there isn't a Bee Hive...

I like a monthly thread, but I think the months could start off with: 11/20.  No need to produce monthly adjectives.

How 'bout seasons?  A thread for autumn, winter, spring and summer?

I like to think we've expanded our horizons from just paring down beauty products.  Or maybe we've narrowed our horizons, if we're talking about compacting.  

I think Among Friends is a good place, since we talk about lots of subjects now and most other forums are supposed to be specialized.  And it describes our thread to a 'T', in my opinion.

I like Bee Hive a lot!  

Or Just 🐝 Friends.
