Does anyone have any suggestions for a cream to tighten skin around mouth and chin,  thanks?

No cream, lotion or serum will tighten skin. Try using an OTC retinol cream or Rx Retin-A if you want to go that route with seeing a doctor. Retinoid products will help soften the lines, improve the texture of the skin and help improve firmness but don't expect it to happen over night. Takes several months or longer depending on your age. Older skin reacts slower so it will take longer. Stick with it and be patient.
