I am a lady "of a certain age."  My beautician does a nice job coloring my hair to hide the gray.  I am a brunette, but I would say medium brunette.  My eyebrows now have a lot of gray in them.  Do you beauty experts have any recs for a good product that will color my eyebrow and make it look natural?  Thanks!

I also have the same problem.  I use Anastasia brow gel which I buy  at Ulta.  It works although I have very few hairs left so I also use a brown eye shadow on the brow first then cover with the eye gel.

I use Joan Rivers great hair day. They also have one just for the brows. It stays on all day until you take it off.

Yes, I do.  I suggest you tint your eyebrows.  I have done this for years.  They look natural and last about a month.  I use Godefroy Tint Kit in medium brown.  You can do an internet search and see what the best prices are and sometimes you can get it locally.

I am 74 years old and have been dyeing my brows for about the last 15 years. Eyebrow hairs are VERY resistant to hair dye as is all facial hair. I use Just For Men Beard & Mustache dye. It's in the men's aisle at Target, RiteAid, etc. My hair was a dark brunette and is now silver white. My brows are quite grey and because of that they disappear on my face. I use medium brown which is perfect for me. It is lighter than my natural hair color was but doesn't look harsh on my pale skin.

Just For Men has a small tube of cream peroxide and a small tube of colorant. I use a pea sized little glob of each and mix them in a little glass cosmetic jar I save from some sample I got years ago. Mix them up really well with a plastic toothpick. I apply it generously to my brows and let sit for about 10-15 mins. You'll have to experiment to see what your brows need. I found that my sparse, thin brows were thicker after I dyed them. The dye colors all of the very small silver hairs that you can't see and makes your brows look thicker. Make sure you get the dye on both the inner and outer brow. It just really makes them look thick and natural.

I have to do it about every 4-6 weeks. I use facial cleanser to remove the dye and then fill in with brow product. I prefer Sonia Kashuk brow cream at Target. It works beautifully. A box of it lasts me for over a year. I think I paid about $7 or $8 dollars for it.

My colorist gave me a tip.  

She uses Paul Mitchell in the tube and 20 developer. Equal amounts. Viola! Mix only what you need (about 1 tablespoon each) and apply with a spoolie. 5-7 minutes, max. Covers the gray hairs for a month.

Since I get both highlights & lowlights, I use the lowlight color for my brows.

My hairdresser uses the same color on my brows that she uses on my hair.  Works perfectly for me and lasts for 4 weeks.  As long as she is careful and doesn't get any tint in my eyes, I am fine with her doing it.  

If I need additional color within the month, I use Maybelline's brow gel.

 @SXMGirl When I used to have my hair colored, my stylist did my brows 1 shade lighter to cover a few grey ones coming through. Now that my hair is white, brows are still dark and still have those few grey hairs. When I go for a haircut every 6-8 wks., she puts a taupe dye on my brows. It covers the grey & lightens the naturally dark brow hair so my brows don’t look too stark w/ white hair & fair skin.

@maximillian  ELF in taupe....comes in a small pot of brow gel with an applicator brow brush on one end and a spoolie on the other.  This is natural looking, easy to apply, inexpensive, and cruelty free.  I usually don't bother even though it only takes a minute.  I am intrigued by using a tint because it is a once in a month chore; however, I am a bit concerned about how you control the tint when applying to the brow shape.  I'm really into a more natural nonmakeup mentality and just wonder if the tint looks a bit too artificial especially since my hair is dark blonde.

I too use Just for Men beard and mustache dye. It works great in just 5 minutes and then I no longer need eyebrow pencil unless I want to fill in a bit. It works great!
