Help with breakouts!

Hi everyone,

I have never had issues with breakouts. Maybe at the most one or two pimples every couple of months. Even in my teens no issues.

I am 33 years old and my face has about 10 pimples on it. I have not changed anything in my skincare routine. The only thing different is that my dad has cancer and we are having a ct scan on Tuesday so I know my stress level is up.

I bought some Neutrgena rapid gel to try to get rid of them faster.

Any suggestions?
