Help with Painting Fingernails

When I try to paint my own nails, my hand is so shaky I cannot get a nice smooth stroke.

I think I've seen fingernail rests or supports for placing your fingernail on to kind of stabilize the fingertip while painting it.

Am I dreaming about something I'd like or is there such an item?
