Help with Ingredients?

I have just dabbled in this whole beauty treatments. With that said I have spent so much money trying different lines lines like Perricone,Chanel, PTR, And just bought a lot of Isomer products and some drugstore stuff. I have no set routine and not sure where to begin? I have also dabbled with Retin A .25% did nothing. I don't know what ingredients to look for or what works? I need face and eye suggestions that truly work. I also have been thinking of buying TSV should I? Sooo {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
