I have been using Paula's Choice 1% bha lotion, however, I want to move up to the 2% now. There's a few to choose from. I have combination skin (oily t-zone and slightly dry everywhere else). Do you have a favorite?

@CissyT Hope that I am not butting in here, but I wanted to let you know that we do have the Paula's Choice 2% BHA Liquid which looks like it has very good reviews. If you're interested, it might be worth reading some of them! It looks like 212 people reviewed it so far, so there might be some good information in there for you. Anyway, hope I wasn't butting in, the other ladies may have some good advice for you as well!

Have you looked at Paula's site? There's a helpful video and plenty of reviews for the 2% lotion, liquid and gel. Choose the one that would be best for your combination skin type. Your mention of "dry everywhere else" is a concern.

I found the gel sticky as well and am loving the liquid. The travel size bottle comes in super handy, too - I picked mine up for $9 directly from PC w/ free shipping. Combination skin with congested T-zone and normal everywhere else here.

I've used Paula's BHA 2% liquid for years. I started with gel and tossed it and have used liquid since. The gel is entirely too thick, heavy and doesn't absorb at all.

Brittany-QVC, Your're not butting in at all. I very much appreciate your suggestion. Thank you.

Cissy---I just started using Paulas choice 2% bha and absolutely can see a huge difference in my skin. I've used it for about 2 weeks now during the day and while it is a bit tacky, I put on a good moisturizer and have no problems at all. I think if you use too much, it will more sticky. I bought the set that was on last weekend. Have been very pleased with the couple things I have from PC. Also, if you just want to try it, go to her website and buy a few samples of it first. Thats what I do; I like buy a few days worth before I spend alot of $. The sample of it I have is not a gel but a fluid and I pour a few drops of it in my hand then pat it on. BTW, I'm 61 with desert dry skin.

My favortie is the RESIST 2% BHA. You could order some samples of the different BHA products and see which one works best for you or if the 1% is a better choice for you.
