Help me start on WEN, please....

I have long, well past the shoulders, length hair that is wavy/curly. It has absolutely become unmanageable! Even a heavy mask-type conditioner cannot get the tangles out. I also live in a very cold/dry climate. It is an understatement that I need HELP! It has been years since I have been able to run my fingers through my hair.

I'm confused about the WEN product, but want to try it. What product do I start with? Any and all advise - positive and negative - will be appreciated...and if there is an alternative product to WEN that might be better, PLEASE fill me in.
