Got the products from RMS that had the lip product, luminizer, blush and foundation.

Love it BUT STILL have not gotten the lid open on the luminizer lol.

No one can open it for me, we have all tried. Grrrr.

Any suggestions? We have tried everything!

E-mail the company. Most of them are clueless but give it a try. Tell them you're ready to give up.

@Judaline   @CherryHugs   Sometimes there's a defect in packaging in any brand. I'd call and exchange it as defective.

I once emailed a company to tell me what the secret was to opening their hand soap in a bottle. They gave me the most mundane instructions-like a child would need. Really stupid-like don't they know we tried all that? The best thing was a screwdriver and then to never buy that brand again! haha But sometimes ya get lucky and they give away the secret-always worth a shot I think.

@CherryHugs   Is your luminizer in jar or compact size? If jar, did you try one of those rubber jar openers?  Somettimes I use my dish washing gloves, too.

I would definitely email the company , it may be that it is defective, and they could send out a replacement of just that one product..Did you pruchase through QVC or directly from RMS?

If your product (any product) is in a jar with a tight lid....use a beer can opener to slightly pry up an edge of the lid to release the vacuum

Hi. Thank you so much for your messages.

It is in a little pot.  The suggestion to contact them I did and they wrote back and said they would credit or send a replacement.

BUT this morning I tried putting a kitchen knife under one edge and yay, it worked.

After that I twisted the top and it opened right up. Dont have the beer can opener suggestion but thought of a knife.

A mini screwdriver works for us-but I'll keep the beer can opener in mind. (do they still even make them, lol)
