Help from desert beauties

I am really starting to notice how dry my skin is becoming. What does everyone use as a shower gel/cream, body lotion, face lotion, lip balm? I'm in AZ and maybe I am just getting older but my skin seems drier here than in IN even in the winter. I do drink a lot of water. Thanks!!!
