I have always worked to keep my face protected from the sun but haven't done as well with my hands. I'm a commuter, and I drive five days a week to work. During this time, my hands are exposed. I don't spend much time outside, so it is the drive time that impacts me most. I don't want to wear gloves.

I don't have sun spots, but the skin just doesn't look as smooth as the skin on my face. Moisturizers -- the ones I've tried -- don't seem to make any difference. Can anyone recomment a good hand product? TIA

This is a pricey but very effective solution - prescription strength Retin-A followed by a good moisturizer about 10 minutes later. I use Josie Maran.  My hands look great.

There is a version of Skinn Hand Restore with SPF in it.

Hand lotion with spf, but you have to use it.

Whatever products I apply to my face and neck, I've also always applied to my hands.  Really believe this has helped.

This is a very good point.  When we drive, our hands get hours of sun exposure that we really don’t think about. I got a baby sunscreen with zinc oxide and put it on the backs of my hands and arms. Yes, it does turn a little white but dissipates in a while and certainly protects against cancer-causing skin damage.

Dont forget your ears and especially the left side of your face which often gets the sun when you’re driving.

I have very dry, sensitive skin and here's what works for me:

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream--(either the tub of cream or the specific tube of hand cream works on hands, feets and body.

Josie Maran hand cream -- very good. You don't need a lot of product.

@ElvisShops  I use the same products I apply to my face/neck to my hands....especially spf. Most helpful for hands is a waterproof spf and I have a tube in my bag to reapply after washing a few times. Yes, it’s a PIA, but does pay off.

O'keefe's for hands, in the round tin. EXCELLENT!
I also love the foot cream in the tin...keeps my feet very soft and hydrated.
