I am trying Wen again. Last time was 3-4 years ago and I am having the same problem. I have a lot of hair (thick says anyone who does my hair), 2-3 inches past my shoulders and highlighted. I am 60 years old. I just washed my hair with the Fig and there is a huge amount of hair laying at the drain of my shower. I make a point to check every time I wash my hair because this exact thing happened the last time I tried Wen. I never have hair in the drain with the other shampoos I use. What am I doing wrong? I just called Chaz Deans salon and left a message with customer service because they are either out of the office or on another call. I sincerely want to make this work and it's not ........ any suggestions and or advice? I am so upset and disappointed again.
