Help!!!! What is going on with my face!!!

I have been on proactive for about 6months now and it worked great. Took away my acne, but recently I'm breaking out again and my face is extremely dry and peeling. Im still on proactive, what is going on and what can I do about it. Im 29 and I use a good moisturizer from paula's choice ....please help.
