Help! UPS refusal??

Hey ladies! I ordered a desk from target.com the other day, and it's out for delivery with UPS today. I changed my mind and don't want it anymore...bought a different one yesterday!

Can I refuse the delivery when UPS shows up with this desk? I didn't realize it couldn't be returned to the store, so I would have to haul the desk to the post office to return it!
