Help!! Need some major conditioning!!

Can I use my wen as a leave in overnight or all day. Should I put it on wet or dry?? I seem to remember years back being able to put one of the products on and leave it in over night, but can I use the regular CC too. I had my hair hi and low lighted yesteday and it is so dry and way too blond. Last time she did my hair it was way too dark, so I complained, I think this was my payback!!! LOL
