Help /Mally tsv/pore defender?

okay so far i love everything except, i don't like the cream blush, i just like the powder blush thats no big deal but when you put on the pore defender over makeup some of your makeup comes off. I like the way it looks poreless for sure. Now can you use this before makeup or is it better to use after and do you put her no powder powder on top of this help
