Help! I can't plug in the Calista rollers!

Was going to try them out before Christmas- but the prongs on the plug are too wide to fit into the outlet! I tried them in an extension too- they definitely are way too thick to fit in a normal outlet. I checked to see if there was some kind of protective cover but no- Anyone else have this problem???
