Re: Hello blender sponge! I was missing out!

I love my sponges! I use the Real Techniques version, which I think is the most comparable to the Beauty Blender and very affordable. I even use the sponge to apply my setting powder.

Some foundations wash off better than others. I use Dawn Hand Renewal dish soap to wash my makeup brushes and sponges and they clean up very well.

Re: Hello blender sponge! I was missing out!

I used a Beauty Blender for a short time. Found I liked the white wedges when I needed a sponge because I could toss after a use or two. Even after cleaning the expensive sponge after each use, it just ended up looking so gross I couldn't bear to use it. Felt like I was using a science experiment on my skin. Icky.

I will have to try the Real Techniques one when I want to replace my BB. Thanks for the rec!

I bought the RT one when they had a major sale at Ulta, plus the coupon codes. I haven't tried it yet, but I will when my BB wears out. It has great reviews. Glad to hear you like it, @ChynnaBlue
