Hello Kitty Eyeliner Set

Got my Hello Kitty eyeliner set today and it arrived without the pencil case that was supposed to be included. {#emotions_dlg.sad} It wasn't even packaged in a way that there would have been room for the case to be included (a padded envelope inside of another slightly larger padded envelope...even if it were flat, the pencil case would not have fit). Wondering if anyone else had this problem. I called CS but I would have to return the whole thing and then get a new one shipped to me, but if this is a general mixup I don't want to go through the hassle. There are no reviews posted yet so just trying to find out if others are getting the case.
