I would think that Dimitri elves would visit anywhere they think they might make a sale.

Just hanging around Evine and the SKINN site would be very limiting, especially when they spy a market.

Honestly, if Dimitri and Evine are using these forums as a source of sales support, then I could completely understand the Q instructing their moderators to start deleting SKINN threads and the threads supporting and pitching the other products of their competitors.
