Heat! Worst Summer Ever! (Warning: Rant)

We lost power for 3 days (Fri to mid-day today). Not only was my week-end ruined, but all my food & cosmetics that were refrigerated are ruined.

My air-conditioner has been turned down to 56 degrees for the last 4 hours, but the thermostat says "81".

It is just too HOT!
