Heat Protectant for Flat Ironing

Hey ladies. I have thick curly hair and I'm looking for a good product to use when I flat iron. Of course, what I'd love is something that helps with shine, doesn't make my hair look oily, and leaves my hair with some movement. I want it all, dont' I?
