I need advise. I ordered some makeup from cyndewatson.com and on the website it said that you should contact them for return information. I tried to contact them several times and they didn't respond but since the standard 30 days were almost up I mailed the package back. They received it two weeks ago so I contacted them and received a scathing reply email saying that I've been told many times and that they clearly state that returns are not permitted, which is not true. There was never any information that stated there were no returns on the invoice, the receipt, or on their website. They also will not communicate with me. They said they would only do the return if they charged a $25 restocking fee.
I put in a claim with paypal and I contacted the better business bureau but the company is again not returning emails. Is there anything else I can do? I'm very frustrated because they have my return, won't communicate with me, and won't refund me.
