Haute Look Has The Slowest Delivery Service Ever!!

I placed an order on 11/27 and still haven't heard a nothing about delivery. All I received was the confirmation. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.Even though the prices are good the s/h isn't that cheap and the delivery is louzy. Just venting !!
