Has anyone ordered from Shea Terra Organics lately?

Just wondering if anyone has actually received their order lately. I've seen several complaints on facebook where people ordered at the beginning of the month and haven't received a shipping notice yet. It seems customer service is not helpful. I'm worried because I just placed an order this weekend. I've ordered before and it's been slow, but not that slow. Anyone have any luck?
