Has Philosophy changed?

I applied HIJ today and I had this lingering scent on me all day. Sort of a sour lemon scent. Maybe mine is old (over a year old). usually the fragrance mellows but this has a sour smell.

I have used Purity for a 5 years, they use to always say how you could get in your eyes without stinging. I love the way it removes my eye makeup. But lately it is stinging my eyes badly.

Has it changed or is it me??
