Has Philosophy Responded to Customer Concerns?

I was just wondering if anyone has heard that Philosophy has addressed customer concerns about their grace and love shower and lotion trios? I just had to toss out half filled supersized bottles of lotion due to them becoming rancid. I went to use my AG lotion last night and gagged from the smell. I checked my Pure grace lotion and that too had become rancid. I am so disappointed and refuse to buy any more until I hear something about it.
