Skinn Hand Restore was a longtime favorite, but its availability on HSN is iffy.

These days i have several options open; Alpha Skincare body lotion, Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream, Skinn Pep 40 Body Butter, and Korres Donkey Milk Hand Cream.

@JeanLouiseFinch  Is the Tweak'd Rescue Cream the same one that comes in the tub and can be used on hair also?

No, @tends2dogs, it's not the cleansing hair treatment.  It's an all purpose moisturizer cream for face and body.  It can be found in small jars, big tubs, and sometimes tubes.

I use Avon hand creams .... various ones.  All are satisfactory.

Generally - just apply at night before bed.

@QVCkitty1  I  use First Aid Beauty and Nivea Soft Moisturizing Cream.   I actually prefer the Nivea.

@QVCkitty1 - From recommendations on this board, I tried the Neutrogena Hydro Boost hand gel cream and love it!  Bought one first at Ulta to see if I liked it, then I bought a set of 3 from Amazon.  Very reasonably priced.  Also, I really like Perlier hand creams.

Most hand creams are the same. Read the label. A really great one is Eucerin original healing cream. It is not cheap, but is great for dry skin.

My list of hand creams are Beekman, First Aid Beauty hand cream, L'Occitane (original) and Josie Maran.

My hands are so dry and my old favorites aren't doing the job. Would any of you care to share hand creams or lotions that you especially like ?

I also have extremely dry skin on my hands.  And my favorities eventually stop working, also, so then I have to find a new one.

I am currently using "Vaseline Clinical Care Extremely Dry Skin Rescue."

I find it on Amazon and at Walmart.

The Vaseline brand has a lot of choices in lotions nowadays.  I used to use their original Intensive Care lotion but it stopped working for me.

I also exfoliate my hands once in awhile which helps the lotion penetrate better.

I hope you find something that works for you.

Glysomed. I used to be able to get this everywhere, even at supermarkets, but decades later I can only find it at Amazon. The glycerine gives it a nice "slip."

When my hands are really dry I use an ointment-- vaseline, cerave, neutrogena.  Just use a small amount and work it into your hands.

I use Alpha Skin Care lotion on my hands. It has glycolic acid in it and it's the only lotion that can get rid of the rough sandpaper feeling on my hands. Makes a terrific foot 'cream' also. Makes my feet feel smooth. Doesn't just cover up the problem...gets rid of it instead.

@QVCkitty1  -  See @SilleeMee 's response.  For 17.00, Alpha Skin Care lotion will solve your problem.  Excellent for all over the body including feet.
