From the neck up....  No.  Just.....no.  The hair color and style are awful.  She looked feverish to me.   Kind of pale, sweaty/clammy.

Nine times out of ten actresses on the red carpet are wearing wigs, extensions or some other styles for the evening.  Not all, but many who have stylists. 

The wig Halle wore for the 2021 Academy Awards was a big miss for her.  I didn't like her WIG either.

Halle Berry IS one of the most beautiful women in the world.  Wig or not, the hair style is so unfattering.  The bow on the dress was awful, and the color was unflattering on Ms. Berry.  Whoever styled her needs to go.  Like another poster, I thought she looked clammy, sickly.  I hope she is OK.  My guess is she was going makeup less.  Alicia Keys goes without make up all the time, but she makes sure to look luminous.
