Save your money and go to a doctor that can diagnose how and why you might be losing your hair first. For many reasons this product probably will not work. Would love to see and would love QVC to post the clinical studies the presenters keep saying that 90% had success. QVC legal is walking a slipper slope here.

I've used a Hairmax comb since 2019--maybe 2017--can't quite remember. I took before and after photos (would be glad to post if anyone is interested), and it truly does work. My comb is still going strong, but if it died tomorrow, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Clinical results are readily available on the hairmax website and also by just googling. Peer reviewed studies with clinical timelines and data.
Neither Hairmax nor QVC is walking a slippery slope. The product has been sold for more than 15 years, so the legalities have been vetted for a long time.

Too bad Alberti did not take before and after photos. (He said he has used it for 15 yeaers!??!?!?) Seeing is believing but then this device does not work for everyone. Guess you need to take a chance but all the time and commitment required...wow.

@bargainsgirl I use it three times a week, and it takes me about 10 minutes each time. I just sit down on the floor in front of the TV and do it while watching a show. Little time nor commitment.

How long have you been using it and do you see results?

I woud agree that a 90% success rate does not seem quite honest, even based on the people here who post that it didnt work for them would be less than 90%.

My only basis for saying what I said is that based on posters here and the reviews on the Q not seeing 90% with those. Also , lots of reviews on the Q are from people who have not givien it a full chance to work, giving it very high marks, saying they hope to see results , not had it long enough but they left a 4 or 5 star review. That is not saying that it really works, yet they would be counted in the 90%.

The FDA and the NIH have publicatiions specifically involving Hairmax's clinical trial results. What is stated on QVC, on air and on dot com, is what can be found in those publications.

From my experience, it took longer than six months to see any significant hair growth. So with that in mind, I usually say to stick with it for longer than they say. I know that means going past the return window but that's a gamble you take just like with any other device or beauty product. Some things just take longer to work for some people.
