Hair loss using Wen

I also experienced hair loss. I sent this product back and reported to QVC of my probem. QVC called me to inquire about my problem and refunded my cost and the return frt.chg. This was approx. a year ago. I don't know what would cause this, I thoung it was just me having this problem.
