I am seriously considering the Hair Max Laser treatment. I am so tired of of hiding my scalp with powder. Is there anyone out there that has used it with some results? I would settle with that.
. Thanks for any input.

We bought one a little over a year ago, during the extended holiday return time. DH tried it. He had a tiny bit of growth, but we ended up returning it because he knew he wouldn't stick with doing it every night.
Have you tried Rogaine? Walmart has an Equate version that isn't terribly expensive and gets pretty good reviews.

I haven't tried rogaine, was concerned about the chemicals on my scalp. Is it fairly safe? Is it color safe? thanks for the feedback.

Sorry, I can't help you, but you can probably find the information somewhere online. I have no experience with it, just know it's available.

When you use a product like Toppik fiber powder, wonder if the Hair Max would still be effective with the powder on your scalp? I need the powder and could only use it with the powder in.

Keep in mind that SkinStore sells a more powerful version than the Q.

Wow, if I saw any results that would be all the more incentive to stick with it.

I decided to give it a try. I am not to the point of major issues, but I did notice my hair was thinning and up at the temples when I wore a ponytail, my hairline was starting to recede. I figured...4 months to try it and if I don't like it, I'll send it back...nothing to lose.
Well...I am REALLY glad I tried it. You don't have to do it daily and you could pick a time that you don't have powder in your hair. It is 11 minutes where you just comb it through your hair, three times per week. It beeps every couple of seconds and you move it to another spot. I do it while watching tv...It's simple.
I am AMAZED at how well it works. I've had it about a month so I really wasn't expecting any results but this thing works! I can see all kinds of regrowth and because you do it all over your scalp, not just where you want regrowth...my hair already looks and feels thicker as new hair is growing everywhere. I recommend...and if it isn't for you and you don't want to put in 11 minutes 3x/week, which l later drops to 1x/week...then you can return.

You only have to use it 3 times a week for 11 minutes and you can use it on wet or dry hair so for those that use the powder you could use it after washing your hair. From the presentation it was stated that you don't have to use it on clean hair but would probably get the best results so it probably could be used with the powder as it just stimulates the scalp.
