Did anyone else have problems trying to order the Hsir Max last night Jan 03? every time I tried to order it it said it could not be shipped to my address. I called customer service and they said they were having an IT problem.

I did.  I lost count of the times I tried to order it and was told there was a problem. I trying by calling and by going on line.  I tried up until close to 11 PM Central time, and had it "saved," as well as in my cart.  I know it only stays in "Cart" for one hour.  When I went into it this morning and ordered it I was charged $179 instead of what the price was last night.  I know that price was just for the alloted time; but due to the fact we could not order during the alloted time I think QVC should honor that price instead of charging more for it.  I am really disappointed in the fact that they have not done so.  I was told each time I called that no one was able to order it.  It makes one wonder if that was on purpose.

BTW:  I ordered it when it was the previous TSV and am DEF seeing results.

 

I have Hasimoto *thyroid*....and had lost a significant amount of hair until I was finally diagnosed and started medication.

 

I have very visible regrowth in all my 'bald' spots.  I am see them and they are long enough to fill in the sparse areas already.  You can no longer 'count' the hairs on my head.

 

I only rec'd it Oct 28th.

 

You have an extended return time on this item, so not much to lose to see if it works for you.

I called customer service this morning and they honor last nights price and the easy pay. The rep was aware of the problem last night and was very helpful.
