BTW, QVC (verified with the blue checkmark) pops up as a Sponsored ad in my FB feed also.  I've seen that Ninja Creami (or Creami Deluxe) way too many times.  Hey QVC, I already have a Deluxe, so I don't need one.  Also just saw a Babbel ad.  I know they're legit too.

Minoxidil was initially used as an oral BP med and then the side effect of hair growth was noted so it was made into a topical for hair loss treatment.

@SilleeMee

For a period of about six months, twice a day, I applied Minoxidil on a Q-Tip to my eyebrows ... or where eyebrow hair used to be.

Any results were negligible.

@Icegoddess   FYI, if you are using a mac, the mail app is pretty good and one doesn't need to go to the email websites.  You can input all your emaill addresses and look at them mixed in together, or separately if you prefer.  Set up folders, whatever.  I don't remember the steps, but I am sure you can find them online.  It's easy to set up.

I can't use topical minoxidil.  It makes my scalp itch.  It's an odd itch that I cant' seem to find.

I have been inundated by ads in my Facebook Feed for hairgrowth products.  Apparently somebody by the name of Dr. Dray swears by iRestore Elite.  I've heard of her, but I'm assuming she's a dermatologist?

Then, there's the hair vitamins, Nutrafol and others.  And new to me products that include oral minoxidil.  I had no idea you could take minoxidl internally.  Of course, its prescription, and it really bothers me that you can just fill out an online questionairre and get a pescription product like this.  Possible side effects include low blood pressure and light headedness, fast heart rate, fluid retention, pericarditis, etc.  It's paired with Dutasteride (a drug used for BPH) and spironolactone (a diuretic, no side effects there.  Right).

look into Facebook Purity you will never see another ad again

@jackthebearI am looking into it to compare to Social Fixer.  They're very similar.  The only reason I'm seeing all these ads right now is recently my Chrome started crashing.  Since it looked like I would have to delete and re-install Chrome again and Social Fixer probably won't work on Chrome in the near future, I'm looking at changing over to Safari which is native to Mac, so shouldn't have any problems with it.  I had changed over to Chrome because I was having problems with Firefox several years ago.  I'm currently using FF and don't have anything installed to customize my FB experience.

I have one of my Yahoo E-mails set for FF, and I would prefer not to switch E-mails back and forth, so I want a different browser for my other yahoo E-mail account.

Question:  Does FB Purity have a Facebook page for users of their product to ask questions?  Social Fixer does and also has a separate page for non-Social Fixer tech questions.

I have Chrome on my mac

not sure about asking questions for FBP I have never needed to it's a simple add on so try it out

If looking for hair growth solutions, it’s important to be cautious of products that contain harsh chemicals, which can irritate the scalp and cause long-term damage. I’ve had better results with more gentle, plant-based formulas that promote hair health and growth without the risk of harmful side effects. One serum I use, which focuses on nourishing ingredients, has worked wonders in strengthening my hair and improving thickness, giving me fuller, healthier-looking strands over time. Choosing products that prioritize natural, effective ingredients really makes a noticeable dermal difference.

Take this for what it's worth...I have be using the hair growth oral supplement from Hers which does have low dose minoxidil.  The results have been amazing...at first I wasn't sure but my hair dresser confimed and my thinning areas all have new growth and over all my hair has thickend with much less shedding.  I'm on month 4 and have no plans to stop.  Rogaine is topical minoxidil and per my hair dresser it will turn any highlighted hair green.
