Can you all tell me if the clip in hair extensions hurt fine, thin hair? Or make it fall out or anything?  I would love to try some but concerned about my fine hair. Dont need anymore of it coming out lol.

Re: Hair Extensions

[ Edited ]

I've worn both the real hair clip-in extensions as well as the synthetic ones. My hair was thin when I was wearing them and I felt that the real hair extensions were a lot more comfortable and lighter weight than the heavier synthetics. I also found that it was somewhat difficult to conceal where I placed them on my head because I did not have enough hair to cover the clips and you could see them through my thinning hair. I even tried back combing sections of my own hair where the clips were attached to make them more secure but that did not help covering the clips. They didn't really pull my hair out but I would suggest getting the real hair extensions because they are lighter weight and won't feel like they pulling on your own hair. @CherryHugs

I use the clip in ones (and have very fine hair) and they don't cause my hair to fall out. They also look amazing. If you are looking for suggestions, @ me so I can remember to check out which brands I got (they hair quality is amazing, the hair is real, you can style it and curl it too). And the colors blend in nicely... extensions rock!

This is one old lady who doesn't get the extensions.  It's neat to get long hair without growing it but I can almost always tell when someone is wearing them.  Usually the bottom of a wearers hair doesn't move, it looks dead.

@CherryHugs

Extension clips pulled my hair out to the point where it caused bald spots where the hair never did grow back.

I wanted the extentsions for some fullness on top of head. Sounds as though it could be damaging for hair. I do not need that for sure. My hair is fine and thin enuff  Smiley Sad Thank you guys!
