Hair Dryer Recs?

My trusty hair dryer just gave out on me. Well, not really gave out, but it will only do high speed now. So, I am looking for a replacement. My must haves are: A diffuser with fingers, low and high speed, reasonably quiet, and affordable. I will not be paying $100 for a hair dryer.
