Hair Color Time...

I am having my roots colored tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone does an oil treatment in their hair the night before? I thought that Chaz has said to do so and then cleanse your hair in the morning before you go to your appointment. Any comments/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
