HYDRATING FACIAL WASH ??

Anyone have suggestions for a thorough face wash, but must be hydrating. I use Cerave, hydrating, (derm recommended) for my evening wash. First I use an oil or Naturium balm to remove makeup...then the Cerave.

Lately I feel like it stings a little and I feel dry, so im going to take a break from it.

I also have Aveeno calming cleanser, I think that's the name?...but I dont think it's thorough enough for an evening thorough wash.

Any suggestions...appreciate!!

I dont think I'd want a polish at night, especially on nights I use Retin A...🤔

Personally speaking...55 recently learned after my experience using certain anti aging products back to basics. Gentle products and techniques. No more retinol products or anything else harsh. The same with washing my face cool water no scrubbing. So far positive results. Great news since eliminating the many products my routine short time money saved. Best of all no more dry irritation. 🤗

I don't think a wash can really be hydrating. I think the key is just a cleanser that isn't drying. I use either Olay foaming cleanser or the Dove rose bar. I hadn't thought much about it but it was actually the Paula's Choice lady that pointed out years ago not to expect much from your cleanser since it's not on your face long enough to do anything. She always said just use something basic but gentle.
