I will not buy another item from HSN that has a magazine subscription attached. Trying to get the refund is just a pain. Didn't the YBF Dec. 31 Today's Special (Creating the Perfect Canvas Collection) have a Self magazine subscription that came with it? I may be wrong but they are telling me it didn't, that they can't find it. They also went on to say that it was on autoship, so that is probably why it didn't come with it. Then they said it was past the 30 days, so I could not receive a refund. (I'm not sending the item back, I just do not want the subscription) Conde Nast told me HSN does not release any information to them until the 30 days are up so no one can send the item back after the refund has been issued. I've never gotten any cards for any refund from any order I have ever made from HSN that had the subscription gimmick. Always had to go thru the run around. They finally sent my issue to a "presidential referral". Within 8 days someone would call me. They are sounding brainwashed, like this presidential business is like Solomon's decision. Not worth the $12.00. Now, I've gotten that off my chest. Thanks posters!
