HSN....Switching On Auto-Ship??

anyone ever do this with success with HSN? Here at Q they let you change your bath body product to a different scent choice while in the auto-ship program.  I don't see that as a option with HSN when I looked online under it.  

 

If you have been able to do this please let me know!

I do not know the answer but you could contact customer service and ask them.  I never like to call and always just send an e-mail but they have been very helpful to me.

The auto-ships that I have with HSN aren't scented or color choice products so I've never had a reason to look, but I honestly don't think it's possible.  I'm making an assumption that whatever the initial terms were is what sticks.  Again, calling CS would probably be a good idea.  That way, you know for sure.

Just got email response...nope they don't offer that as a option. Bummer....really nice email response and quick too. Maybe they will change that in future like Q did.
